The XSG Series Rotary Flash Dryer is a high-efficiency, continuous fluidized drying system engineered specifically for high-moisture and high-viscosity materials. It integrates crushing, screening, and drying into a single compact unit, making it the industry standard for processing wet filter cakes, thick pastes, and industrial slurries into high-quality, uniform powders.
Wet material is fed into the drying chamber, where it encounters a high-velocity, tangential hot airflow. The integrated high-speed agitator at the base provides intense mechanical shearing, breaking down large aggregates and filter cakes instantly. This maximizes the surface area for "flash" evaporation, completing the drying process within seconds.
